We had the privilege of supporting one of our top clients on this project, located in Olney, Buckinghamshire. After securing a secluded plot, we collaborated on proposals to design and build two modern, bespoke homes for two highly fortunate buyers.

Initially brought on to assist with the schematic layouts, we were later entrusted to take the lead on the interior design concept. Given the unique nature of the development, our client sought guidance in bringing their vision to life. We challenged their original ideas, opting for a warm, homey atmosphere with a focus on contemporary aesthetics. While the developer initially worried that this distinct style might not appeal to a broader audience, it gained significant popularity during the marketing phase, and both homes were sold quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, and it's always exciting when developers are open to stepping outside their comfort zone.
